Reservations can be made for up to 5 hours.  

The Pool is not included in any reservation as it cannot be reserved for private events.

Download the Clubhouse Space Rental Agreement at the bottom of this page.

You’ll be able to collect your wristbands from the clubhouse starting May 13th 2023 during the dates and times below.

Please note:  You will need to bring a valid picture ID with your North Hill address.  If your ID does not match your home address, we will also need you to bring your warranty deed.

If you are renting your home out and would like your tenants to pick up the passes, we will need you to email us with that information.

Initial distribution:

• 4 homeowner bands per household. More than 4 people in your household will require proof of additional occupants.
• 3 guest bands per household
• 10 one day passes per month per household @ $5 each.
  

Lost or stolen bands:

• Owner Pool Bands $25.00 each Replacement
• Guest Pool Bands $25.00 each
• One day pool pass bands $5.00 each.
