North Holly Metropolitan District

Greetings neighbors!

My name is Todd Eakes and I have been a homeowner in North Hill since March 2020, and I currently serve as the President of the Metro District alongside 4 other Directors – all of whom are also homeowners here in North Hill.

In a nutshell, the District has been in place since 2005 and was established to provide financing for the design, acquisition, construction and installation of streets, traffic and safety controls, park and recreation facilities, water facilities, sanitary and storm drainage improvements and mosquito control services within the District.

This includes North Hill Park, the basketball court, playgrounds, gazebo, port-a-potty, and the surrounding sidewalk.

All of this was financed with debt the District is currently repaying at a fixed rate not eligible for refinance until December 2023.

The Board typically meets every 2 months at the Clubhouse and all meetings are open for anyone to attend.
